Add Invite

  1. You can create an invitation by clicking on “Add Invitation” and adding the embedded code of your preferred social media post, or page, or adding the link to your webpage.
  2. The list of supported platforms is provided and clicking on the tasks within them will show you the steps to add that task.
  3. You can use the invitation that you just created by selecting it or you may select an invitation that had already been created by you.
  4. Once done, you can click on “continue” which will lead you to rewards.

Invite Friends - Rewards

  1. You start by defining the minimum number of unique clicks that a customer needs to receive on the page/post shared by them to be eligible for the offer.
  2. You choose how you’d like to reward your customer amongst Cash Per Click, Fixed amount, Percentage Discount, Gift, and No Reward.
  3. Cash per click is the cashback you offer per unique click on the next purchase of your customers. You can also set the maximum cashback a customer can redeem.
  4. Fixed amount is the total fixed cashback you offer to your customers on their next purchase as a reward.
  5. Percentage discount is the discount you offer to the customer on their purchase.
  6. You can also set the maximum amount a customer can receive as a discount. For example, 50% off up to Rs 150.
  7. Gifts can be any product you offer or just anything that you want to reward your customers with.
  8. If in case you do not want to reward your customers, you can opt for “No Reward”.
  9. If you’d like to share an image of your offer or a description of your offer, you can do that as well.
  10. Once you’re ready, you can hit “Publish”.
     


 

Auto Invite

Auto Invite sends an automated message to your customers who are added via Messaging API and Instant Customer Engagement to participate in Invite Friends. Your customers receive the message at a time scheduled by you.

This reduces your work, time, and effort significantly.

  1. Turn the toggle on if you’d like to send automated invitations to your customers to participate in Invite Friends.
  2. Choose amongst the hours given. The invitation will be sent automatically to the customers when they subscribe to ICE or Messaging API at the time selected by you.
  3. Turn the toggle on for WhatsApp, SMS, or both to select your messaging route.
