Instant payment shows the list of all pending payments from your customers added through ICE and allows you to verify those pending payments. To view this page, ensure that you have enabled “Instant Customer Engagement” in the UPI settings.

You can still continue to receive the payment through cash, cards, and other payment methods. It is not mandatory for your customers to pay via UPI.

Instant Payment

1. You can view customer and billing information such as the number of the customer, the actual cost incurred by the customer, the amount redeemed, and the payment method that the customer used. 
2. To verify that you received the payment, click on “Accept”.
