Send and redeem allows you to invite your customers to participate in Instant Customer Engagement or ICE manually. You can also verify the redeem code or the coupon code received by your customer as well as resend it if the customer did not receive it.

1. To send ICE to your customers, fill in all the required details under “Send ICE”.
   Upon completion of the tasks you have set in ICE, the customer receives a redeem code via a message.
2. To verify the redeem code, you enter the redeem code received by your customer and hit “Apply”. This ensures that only the customer who completes ICE receives the reward set by you.
3. In cases where the customer didn’t receive their redeem code, you can resend it by entering their WhatsApp number in “Resend Redeem Code”.
