Business Details

The business details you enter will be visible to your customers.

  1. Enter the name of your business.
  2. You can upload the “Logo” of your business. However, the image should be in PNG, JPG,  or in JPEG format.

    The maximum size of the image is 1 MB and the image width should be 512px.
  3. If you want to, you can also add your tagline, website link, and GST business name as well as your GST number.
  4. Once you’re done, you can save the details.

Business Contact

The contact details mentioned might be used by your customers to contact you.


  1. All you need to do is enter your business number and address.
  2. While entering your business number, first line of address, pin code, city, and state is compulsory, the other details are not necessary.
  3. To make your business easily reachable and accessible to everyone, you may also add the link to Google Maps.
  4. Save the details when done.

Billing Address

All the details you fill in under the billing address will only be used in invoices, bills, etc.


  1. If your billing address is the same as your business address, you don’t have to fill in all the information again. You can simply tick on “Same as above business address”.
  2. If your billing address is different than your business address, you will have to fill in your details.
  3. Save when done.


Social Connections

Social connections let you connect your social media accounts to This will help you with Automated Social Post, which allows you to schedule your social media posts for all social media platforms through a single dashboard.

Social Links

The links to your social media pages will be accessible to your customers. These are public links that your customers can use to interact with you on your social media pages. These interactions can be following your page, liking your post, dropping a comment, etc.


  1. You can just copy the URLs of your social media pages or handles and paste them into their respective field.
  2. Click on “ Save Links” to save your social media preferences.


Connecting WhatsApp with allows you to send your customers ICE, Invite Friends, and also boost your relationship with your customers through festival, birthdays, and anniversary wishes. It will also let you send transactional messages to your customers through Messaging API on WhatsApp and SMS, depending on your preference.


  1. To connect your WhatsApp, you need to scan the QR code through your WhatsApp.
  2. “Linked Devices” under WhatsApp Menu allows you to connect your WhatsApp, by scanning, or remove the connected devices.

Message Route

Message routes let you select the path through which you want your messages to be sent across various categories.

  1. Turn the toggle on for WhatsApp when you want your messages to be sent via WhatsApp messages.
  2. Turn the toggle on for SMS when you want your messages to be sent via SMS.
  3. You can keep the toggle on for both WhatsApp and SMS, except in the case for Boost Public Relations.
  4. You can also turn off the toggle when you’d like to stop sending messages via your selected path.


V-Card acts as your digital business card which your customers can use to save your contact details. V-Card will be shown to your customers when they have no tasks left on their ICE or your ICE/Invite Friends setting is incomplete.

You may also choose to redirect your customers to your website as well.

  1. Select where you’d like to redirect your customers amongst your website or V-Card.
  2. To redirect your customers to your website, simply add its URL.
  3. For V-Card, preview the customised V-Cards and select your favourite V-Card.
  4. Save the details when you’re done.



Choose what Notifications you’d like


Notifications allow you to choose what you should be notified about, and when and where you’d like to receive notifications from

  1. Turn the toggle on and for WhatsApp and Email when you’d like to receive notifications via WhatsApp and Email respectively.
  2. Turn the toggle off for the channel you don’t want to receive notifications from.
  3. You can choose to keep the toggle on/off for both channels, a single channel, or no channel at all.
  4. Choose the time you’d like the notifications to be sent to you. By default, you’re notified at 10 PM.

UPI Payment

UPI payments allow you to receive payments from your customers via’s ICE QR while participating in ICE. 

  1. If you’d like your customers to go directly to their UPI payment page after claiming their rewards from ICE, choose “Instant Customer Engagement”.

    Add your UPI ID to start receiving payments.
  2. Your customers can participate in ICE without you having to opt for “Instant Customer Engagement with UPI Payment”.

ICE Setting

ICE Settings lets you choose what details about your customers you want to receive from them when they scan and participate in ICE.

  1. Turn the toggle on for “Ask Every Time” if you want your customers to share their data every time they scan for ICE.
  2. You can choose to not receive certain data about your customers such as their anniversary. However, you may want to know their birthday. Hence, you can turn the toggle on for “Make It Mandatory” for the information you want to receive and let go of other information.
